  Worst groomer EVER! I brought my Pomeranian in to get a body trim and a clean cut behind for my wedding. When I picked him up it looked like his body wasn't touched, his behind was hacked and the idiot owner buzzed my dogs tail starting at his butt going 4-5 inches up the tail!! When I asked why he did that he said he thought he needed it. Well.. I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT. It looked so stupid. I also noticed my card got charged the total, including tip, x2 and he thought the total amount was the tip for some reason but didn't have to decency to call and ask if it was correct. Bottom line, the owner doesn't understand customer service, didn't care he hacked my dogs hair cut for the wedding and offered nothing to make up for it. Don't give him your money, or trust him with your dog!
